ATHENS. Young Corfu athlete Spyridoula Karydi broke her own national Under-20 triple jump record.
Spyridoula Karydi broke the record with her first jump. She herself had held the record since her 14m jump at the Championships in Sweden last July.
At the athletics meeting being held in Athens the young Corfu athlete trained by Pavlos Skordilis broke the record with 14.12 metres in her first jump.
