ATHENS. There were 9 new cases of coronavirus today and no deaths.
EODY announced that up to 15:00 on Sunday 5 July there have been 9 new confirmed cases of coronavirus, 7 of which were at points of entry to the country. The total number of cases in Greece is now 3,519, of which 54.8% are males.
There were no deaths today and the total number of fatalities remains at 192. The average age was 76.
11 patients are intubated in ICUs, 54.5% of which are males.
816 (23.2%) of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 1,933 (54.9%) are from contacts with known cases. The remainder are not connected to either or are still under investigation. The average age of all the cases is 47.
