Municipal Theatre to close for 2 weeks

CORFU. By decision of the Central Corfu & Diapontia Islands Mayor Meropi Ydraiou there will be no events held at the Municipal Theatre for 2 weeks.
The decision is part of the precautionary measures to protect public health from coronavirus, following the guidelines from the Ministry of Health and the National Public Health Organisation (EODY). All events scheduled to take place at the Municipal Theatre in the next two weeks have now been postponed.
The situation will be reviewed on 24 March. In the meantime, dates are being looked at for the postponed events to take place in the future.
The Mayor said that she was sorry for the postponements but that at the present time safeguarding public health is the priority and asked for understanding from the public.
