Road races in Corfu Town this morning

CORFU. Primary and secondary school pupils took part in road races in the Upper Square on Sunday morning.
The races were held to commemorate the 39th anniversary of the Corfu athlete, Arsenis Cimino breaking the world record for 2000m with natural obstacles as well as the successes of the association’s athletes on a national and international level.
Under the auspices of the National Athletics Federation (SEGAS), the races were organised by the Corfu branch of SEGAS in collaboration with Corfu Municipal Sports, Cultural and Environmental Organization (DOPAP).
