Prosecutor΄s decision expected in the case of Temploni abuse

CORFU. The admission that the case of the year and the long-term abuse of Temploni is not at the interrogation stage, as was mistakenly reported, but awaiting the Prosecutor΄s decision increases the need for clarification of this literally unsanitary (since we΄re talking about rubbish) issue.
The case has been at this stage for over a year now - waiting for the Prosecutor's report, which will decide whether it proceeds to trial or not.
According to judicial sources, interviews and interrogations were completed in June 2018. Following the Enimerosi report, the President of Temploni Cultural Society Magda Papanikolopoulou received assurances from the Corfu Prosecutor Ms Tataki that there will be a hearing very soon.
Developments are eagerly awaited, not only because of those involved, but also to satisfy the sense of justice and to restore trust - the lack of which makes it difficult to resolve the problem anywhere on the island.
