Voluntary clean-up in Erimitis

CORFU. Along with the clean-up information will also be given about the problem of pollution from plastics and about the biodiversity of the Erimitis area.
A voluntary clean-up is being organised in the area as part of the #zeroplastic programme through the collaboration of iSea, Let's do it Greece, Let's do this Corfu, Erimitis Plus and the Save Erimitis-Corfu for the environmental protection of the coast on the northern Corfu strait.
The programme is supported and funded by Ocean Care.
There will be a presentation by iSea on the problem of pollution from plastics and the proper way of dealing with it. There will also be a presentation on the biodiversity of the Erimitis area as well as the clean-up.
Programme:
10:30 - 11:00: Meet up
11:00 - 11:10: Welcome and short clean-up briefing
11:10 - 11:20: Erimitis biodiversity
11:20 - 15:00: Clean-up of the shore (with a break halfway through)
