CORFU. Corfu Municipality requested a further postponement because one of its lawyers is out of the country.
The Municipality's request for a further postponement in the Temploni landfill case was rejected by the court.
The postponement was requested in order to allow time for one of the Cleaning Services (SYDISA) lawyers to be fully updated - she has other committments out of the country at the moment. The court judged that the proper documentation hadn't been submitted and due to the nature of the case, the trial should proceed.
