Fire Service exercise at Corfu Hospital

CORFU. It was just an exercise. At around 9.30 this morning a number of fire engines were seen rushing along Eth. Palaiokastritsas towards the hospital resulting in several phone calls to Enimerosi to find out what was happening.
The reply from the Fire Service put everyone's mind at rest. It was a Fire Service exercise - the practice scenario was a fire at the hospital with people trapped and injuries. Hopefully, it will never happen, but it's good to be prepared.
