CORFU. The motion was passed with a majority vote by Corfu Town Council.
The local party 'Laiki Syspirosi' voted against the motion to contract out refuse collection, whereas the party 'Kerkyraion Dimos' voted for but expressed reservations. Councillor Giorgos Raidestinos, a member of the majority party, abstained and the party 'Kerkyra na zeis' didn't come to the meeting.
