CORFU. The warnings about branches breaking off trees due to weather conditions are being proved right.
The Enimerosi camera captured one of these large branches that had broken off a tree opposite the Nautical Club (NAOK), on the steps leading to the statue of Capodistrias. There has been no report of any injury or damage as it isn’t a crowded area, especially during the winter months.
The Green Service came immediately and cut and removed the broken branch.
