Broken branch falls on car in Upper Square (Liston)

CORFU. The bad weather continues to take its toll in Corfu. Following the tragic loss of a life in Perivoli at the weekend, yet more material damage.
Early on Thursday morning, at about 5.30am, a large branch broke off a tree in the Upper Square due to the heavy downpour and fell on top of a parked car, causing severe damage. The Fire Service responded immediately and came to remove the branch.
